The work

The work I keep choosing.

A hospitality company, a community, and an industry I won't stop fighting for — three different rooms in the same house.

Why these

I've started a lot of things. These are the ones I keep coming back to.

Each of these grew out of the same belief: that the best businesses are built around service, and the best lives are built with intention. Luxury Getaways is the hospitality. Girl Retire is the freedom. VR Nation is the family I found in an industry I love. None of them feel like work in the way that word usually means.

01 — Hospitality

Luxury Getaways

Luxury Getaways is boutique hospitality across the Pacific Northwest, Arizona, and Coastal Georgia — homes built around peace, trust, and the kind of care guests remember long after checkout. We don't sell square footage; we sell the feeling of being genuinely looked after.

For me, luxury was never about excess. It's about exhaling the moment you walk in the door, and knowing every detail was handled before you noticed it. That standard is the whole company.

02 — Financial Freedom

Girl Retire

Girl Retire is a financial-independence community for women who want retirement to become a choice, not a birthday. It's the conversation I wish someone had pulled me into earlier — ownership, real estate, money that buys back your time, and the quiet confidence that comes with options.

Retirement is a decision, not an age. Girl Retire is where women learn to make that decision on their own terms, alongside others doing exactly the same.

03 — Industry & Advocacy

VR Nation

VR Nation is advocacy, education, and leadership for the vacation-rental industry and the people who power it — the hosts, the cleaners, the property managers, the families who staked everything on a few good doors. It's the part of my work that's least about me and most about the people standing next to me.

When the industry gets a seat at the table, everyone who works in it gets a better life. That's worth showing up for, loudly and often.

What's next

There's a book in here somewhere.

The next chapter is the one I write down. I'm slowly shaping a couple of book projects — on hospitality, on women and money, on building a life by the seasons instead of by the calendar. No release date, just the honest work of getting it right. If that's the kind of thing you'd want to read, the newsletter is where you'll hear about it first.

Let's talk

If one of these is your world too, I'd love to hear from you.

Partnerships, a stay, an investment conversation, or a question about any of the work — start where it feels natural. This is a kitchen-table conversation, not a sales pitch.
